For lunch I had a peanut butter and quince marmalade sandwich. I had made the marmalade myself according to a Renaissance-era recipe.
I got home only to find a stash of blueberries, blackberries, and raspberries that needed to get used. So I've gone and modified a Renaissance recipe, "To make a tarte of goseberies".
My kitchen smells like berries and wine...
