During a recent jaunt to the west side, it finally dawned on The Dulcinea (and, subsequently, me) what the name of Silly Yak Bakery means.
In fact, I went to their website for the first time ever today and now I understand. I had no idea they specialized in gluten-free bread. Hell, I've spoken with the owner before and never knew it.
Harumph.
