I'm glad they went with a Nordic name instead of Five Star as they had originally planned.
The first of Valkyrie's beers will be Rubee. Release date of this beer is September 25. Watch for it in stores throughout Western Wisconsin.
I presume Rubee is just the old Viking Copperhead lager in a new guise. Hopefully the beer will makes its way to Madison soon.
