Casting Call in St. Paul

It has been announced that the film version of A Prairie Home Companion will be filmed in St. Paul. Bob Altman will be at the helm. Perhaps they'll cast Gary Oldman as Keilor so as to kick any Guy Noir sequences up a notch. The flick probably won't be out until 2006 but we can look forward to Altman's Paint which is slated for release later this year.

Speaking of PHC, Keilor & Pals will be here in Madison to tape the show come Saturday. I've paid for a ticket but have not received it yet. Lousy Ticketmaster!
