The UW's Center for Humanities is presenting the first of two lectures/discussions about things culinary tomorrow. It's entitled "Cooking Philosophies: A Chef's Debate" and is a forum with Harold McGee and Chef's Roundtable. You'll no doubt see the chefs discussing their art calmly and respectfully.
