Madison Interactive, a group for people who work on public websites – both for work and for play – in the Madison area – is hosting its third free event. I am not much of a food blogger but I still think it would be interesting. However, I will mention that my cubeb vinegar has finished steeping which means that I can now try to recreate some Medieval Polish recipes which require it. Stay tuned for notes on how the ham stewed with cucumbers recipe from the 14th century turns out.
