Botanical

I now understand where impatiens get their name. While it took about four months, mine are finally blooming.

Concurrently, the flower of unknown origin my neighbor gave me is going through its second round.

The same neighbor also gave me some funky basil plants as well. Methinks they're Thai. The flowers on the top have an aroma which combines the more familiar sweet basil with plum.

Walking home after work I noticed a rabbit poking around where it shouldn't, namely, in my garden. I zipped over and chased it away only to discover that my raspberry bushes have yielded fruit.

The Dulcinea and I braved the mosquitoes to pick some and they turned out to be quite sweet'n'tasty.
