The Return of the Prodigal Charcuterie

When my buddy Dogger reported that Hamann Charcuterie wasn't showing up to this year's north side farmers market, we were both disappointed. I mean, where were we going to get bacon-laced sausage?

Apparently owner Nicholas Bruns was busy planning his business because he now has a storefront at the Northgate Mall.



No grand opening date as of yet but we're looking forward to it.
