Is Walker Getting Ready to Drop the Hammer?

Rumor has it that Capitol Police have had their shifts changed to hours, including 12-hour stints, resembling those from earlier this year when there were some protests going on there.

Is he going to announce the end of PTO for state employees?

    This coincides with the UW police being told they can't take any vacation time next month. Interesting. Sources suggest its related to vacation time for state employees, but I'm working on verification.
