Replacement

Up at Slate, there's some prognosticating going on about O'Connor's replacement. I haven't perused the whole article yet but, after having given it a once-over, it sure seems like we're stuck between Scalia and Charybdis. Fuck, no wonder I've eschewed Marillion in favor of Steve Earle.
