Yesterday would have been my dad's 69th birthday. I was pretty busy yesterday at work and afterwards as well so I didn't get a chance to take some time and remember him. However, I thought about him today when I saw that a trailer for Clint Eastwood's next two flicks had been released. You see, my old man was a huge WWII buff and Eastwood has made two films about the Battle of Iwo Jima - Flags of Our Fathers and Letters From Iwo Jima. The former tells the story of the battle from an American perspective and the latter from the Japanese point of view.
