Day had broken cold and gray, exceedingly cold and gray...



...when I turned aside from the main road, where a dim and little-travelled trail led northward through the subdivided backyards.



It is bloody windy out too. I am thankful that I didn't have to go to work today. Some of the drift patterns are pretty neat.
