The first apple crisp of the season

Here she is.

It was made with Haralson apples from Lapacek's Orchard using one of their pre-hoolied apple crisp kits. Haralsons are a nice, tart apple and worked perfectly here leaving the oat topping to provide the sweetness. A delicious taste of autumn.
