Foodie Follow-Up

As a follow-up to my previous post on the panel discussion about food blogging, I thought I'd share a couple things via the Net to further investigate how the food you eat gets to your plate.

Firstly there's the documentary Our Daily Bread which looks at corporate agriculture in Europe. It's a bit arty in the sense that there's no narration. The film looks to be playing on the Sundance Channel this month and here's their preview.



Another documentary of interest is Supermarket Secrets from Channel 4 in the UK. It was broadcast in two 50-minute episodes. Below is the first episode in 5 parts from YouTube. The second episode has been posted at Google Video and can be found here.
