For a few weeks the windows at the former El Pescador on E. Wash in the Eken Park neighborhood were covered in sheets of brown paper with lots of question marks drawn on them.
The mystery has been solved as signs now proclaim the place to be the new home of Bub's Burger Joint. Anyone know if this is a chain? I've never heard of it before.

Just ate there this evening, and it was excellent. Fresh, full of flavor, and the closest thing to a homemade burger I've had out in a while.
