Robertson seems like he was an interesting fellow. He helped pioneer Americana despite being Canadian and delved into his Native American heritage. I know his work with The Band but only know of his later music. I get the impression that he always kept a foot in the past and one in the present.
There hasn't been a flood of The Band/Robbie Robertson shows posted as Dime in the wake of his death. Not yet, anyway. It doesn't appear that The Band ever played in Wisconsin with Robertson, at least, but I did find an older download of The Band's show at Chicago's Arie Crown Theater on 1 December 1971 that included the concert on audio as well as some video footage as well. Someone had an 8mm and Super8 camera in the audience that night, apparently, and I found that what they filmed is on Youtube.
