On Friday, before attending Beer Under Glass @ Union Station, I had a regular italian beef at the original Al's Italian Beef stand on W. Taylor St. Images exist, but I have not yet uploaded them. Al's is in my Top 5, but #1 is for Mr. Beef on Orleans {@ 666 N. Orleans if you want to know, or are Nick Floyd}. It is because its giardinera is not especially fiery.
