Construction at Madison Yards keeps going.
The courtyard is coming along nicely.
The residents of Eo, the luxury apartments tower, should be moving in shortly and will be able to enjoy a snack from Whole Foods and lounge alfresco ere long.
I just looked and the smallest offering at Eo is a 547 sq. foot studio that goes for $1,615/month.(!) That's more than my mortgage. So that's how the other half lives.
It's strange to think this was just a wasteful sea of parking not all that long ago. I appreciate that the sidewalks are extra wide.
And I saw that the Whole Foods has installed anti-bird-crashing-into glass. Nice touch.
