Chops a must

Lately I've had a taste for pork chops cooked on the grill. That charred porcine goodness has just been appealing to me as of late. Plus I've got my grill dialed in for chops. Practice makes perfect.

For the most recent ones, my ladyfriend sauteed some cabbage mix. I added applesauce, homemade pickles courtesy of my boss, and horseradish for that extra root vegetable touch. I generously applied that Cherry Bomb BBQ rub that I got in the spring. Really tasty stuff.

With dinner I had a Czech lager from Eau Claire's Lazy Monk Brewing. Leos Frank brews fine Czech-style beers.
