Dining Like a Muscovite

Soon I will be off to explore Arbat, a new(ish) Russian restaurant here in Madison. And I won't have to endure the traffic shown below. I am going with my buddy Charles and I fear that he will gorge himself on pelmeni and end up like Mr. Creosote. Hopefully the waitstaff won't offer him a wafer-thin mint. I've missed the Russia House since it closed so the appearance of Arbat is a real treat. Too bad it's in a strip mall in Fitchburg.
