The Willow's Progress

Her M.O. is to hide in the bedroom closet or under my bed and then come out periodically to poke around, check out this new hooman.

She came onto my bed last night a few times and let me pet her. It was so thrilling to see that pointy-eared cat silhouette against the glow of my bedroom window once again and it gave me a big, joyous grin.

I heard her digging in the litter box in the middle of the night but she didn't eat very much. A little kibble but I don't think she touched the wet chow so I am going to try a different flavor today.

My apartment feels so different with a little katze wandering around it. The place has life again, katzen are not just in photos, in memories - they're alive with the promise of purrs and nose boops and soft underfurs and...
