I've been hankering for a Chicago dog the past few weeks. My attempts at getting one a the new Chicago-style eatery, Mickey's Dog House, have been failures. So I rolled up my sleeves, went to the supermarket, and got everything I needed to make them at home.
Yeah, the relish is not fluorescent green. And I forgot the ground celery seed on this one but the one I had for breakfast this morning had it. They are tasting mighty fine!
