Shrinking down to the subatomic level is a minor motif in this issue as our TARDIS crew become extremely tiny just as in "The Great Atomic Power". Here they meet some other extremely diminutive humans who are trying to build a ginormous telescope to figure out where they are exactly.
Essentially nothing happens in this story and our heroes go from hanging out in the lush, verdant hills inside the nucleus of a uranium(!) atom to being full-sized again in the space of one paragraph break.
I am really looking forward to the stories in these Doctor Who Annuals being written by someone who has actually watched the program instead of people who are working solely from a short set of guidelines that fill half a page. At most.
