It's Genesis live early on the Wind & Wuthering tour. Recorded on 25 February 1977 at the Bushnell Memorial Hall, Hartford, CT, it features some great close-ups including Phil dressed as the thief during "Robbery, Assault, and Battery". Very nice stuff.
