Happy Autumn!

The autumnal equinox around these parts is tonight around 7 or 8, I believe but it feels like fall now with the outside temp in the mid-50s and a smattering of trees having begun to change color. Fresh apples are to be had everywhere and welcome corn from last month too. I believe that I have mulling spices on hand so mulled cider is not far off. And pumpkin pie as well. Ooh! Can't forget Pan de Muerto.
