Never Forget

It might benefit the entire world if we Americans heeded the words of Ted Turner. Maybe we need to show Night and Fog on television because we tend to forget. We forget that there's more important things than American Idol. We forget that good will towards man is supposed to be a year-round thing, not just something practiced at Christmas.

We have forgotten that there's a genocide going on in Darfur.

We have forgotten that one of our own, Roy Hallums, is still missing.

What else have we forgotten?
